Charles
The decoration of the hotel is charming and elegant, with beautiful traditional Norwegian touches that made me feel at home. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people, with comfortable seating and clear signage.
I would have appreciated better assistance from the children working there, as they could have been more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

Location: the hotel was not far from mountains, waterfalls, apple farms and a beautiful garden and fjord and free car park. All the staff was extremely friendly and very friendly, tackled my issues. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, multi-channel TV, and a writing desk.
Some of the staff were particularly busy.

Liked our rooms with a view. Could use central heating, multi-channel TV, and a writing desk. The location was stunning in a lovely area, near to majestic mountains, waterfalls and Apple Farms, Hardanger, and theHardanger fjord. The folks working here were friendly.

They had this sick playroom for kids, where we could totally chill and play games. The garden had insane views of the fjord and it was perfect for chilling and swimming. Plus, there were so many rad activities to choose from like hiking, biking, and even kayaking! It was lit!
Only thing we wished for was a better party scene for young people like us. It was kinda chill and quiet, but we wanted more excitement.

We liked the lobby and the location as well as the garden. All this was really beautiful
the room we stayed in, 504, was not a room you would pay 2250 NOK per night. Furnitures was beyond well used, door to the balcony was very difficult to open, no spare pillows in the room, two in a queen. Bo internet, no information about services in the hotel like restaurants and menues. Also at that price I would expect to be able to read a newspaper in the lobby without paying for it or get a cup of complementary coffee. The wieners for breakfast were Luke warm as were the fried eggs with almost uncooked bacon on top

This hotel is situated in a stunning location, right by the beach in a charming little town nestled in the middle of a fjord. The views here are absolutely breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere adds to the overall beauty. The hotel itself is well-maintained and clean, with a stylish and historical feel. The staff are friendly and polite, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the delicious food served in the restaurant, with a menu that offers both local and international dishes. The breakfast buffet was also impressive, with a wide selection of hot and cold options. this place is a true gem and I would definitely recommend it to others.
I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel receives too many travel groups during summer time. Some of the rooms are too close to the 'busy' elevator, which are very noizy even in late evenings. There aren't many choices for dinner buffet or breakfast, as there are mainly prepared for travel groups.

Thrilling RIB tours, sustainable focus, cozy living room, tasty treats, free fitness center, modern amenities.
Staff made me feel unwelcome. The room wasn't ready on time, and there were marks and dust.
